About The Event:

The Back To School Extravaganza is Sunday, August 30, 2026, 12-5pm at West Shore Little League, 340 Walker St, Staten Island, NY 10303. It is a community event offering free workshops for families, distributing school supplies and featuring a market of local small businesses. Guests will enjoy the great outdoors while connecting with neighbors. 


We are excited to have you interested in sharing your offerings or products at the Back to School Extravaganza! This vibrant event is an incredible opportunity to connect with a supportive, diverse community and showcase services, or goods.

What’s Included When You Join as a Vendor:

    •    A personalized flyer to promote your offerings

    •    Ongoing marketing by hosts @tinytotalltutoringandtestprep @healthykeeperss @the_nydc including shoutouts on instagram, facebook, eventbrite and more.

What’s Included When You Join as a Sponsor:

    •    A personalized flyer to promote your business

    •    Ongoing marketing by host @tinytotalltutoringandtestprep @healthykeeperss @the_nydc iincluding shoutouts on instagram, facebook, eventbrite and more.

    •    A shout out on our boosted reels

What’s Expected from Vendors/Sponsors:

    •    Spread the word! Share your personalized flyer and the event flyer frequently

    •    Invite your community, friends, and family

Pricing & Details:

    •    Retail table: $60

    •    Sponsor: $50

    •    Information table (4 ft table max): $30 

*Add on: vendors can purchase a shout out on our boosted reels for an additional $5

*Tables and chairs are not provided.
